9月8日晚，第十一届中国评剧艺术节在唐山大剧院开幕。开幕式后，唐山评剧团向与会嘉宾和广大观众献上新编历史剧《乐亭县令》，精彩的演出赢得阵阵热烈掌声。该剧由张俊玲、曹相国、何静主演，讲述的是清朝历史上著名的河道总督小于成龙出任直隶乐亭县令期间，整治水患、改善民生的故事。
