（记者马德明通讯员任树春）近日，国家防汛抗旱总指挥部正式批复我省编制完成的《2018年雄安新区起步区安全度汛方案》，为雄安新区起步区安全度汛提供了基本保障和工作遵循。
今年是雄安新区规划纲要全面实施的起步之年，做好雄安新区起步区防洪保安工作责任重大，意义深远。雄安新区起步区位于大清河系白洋淀新安北堤以北，该区域地势低洼，现有工程防洪能力偏低，起步区建设期间面临的洪水威胁较大。为确保雄安新区起步区防洪安全，按照省委、省政府部署要求，省水利厅依据最新大清河系设计洪水成果，通过建立数学模型，对雄安新区洪水进行模拟分析计算,对大清河系中游洪水调度安排及应急抢护措施进行了进一步优化，编制完成了《2018年雄安新区起步区安全度汛方案》。
下一步，我省将按照国家防总批复要求，进一步落实雄安新区抢险队伍、物资和装备等，加强实战性培训演练，提高应急处置能力，全力确保雄安新区起步区安全度汛。
