2017年，重庆市失业保险一如既往服务社会发展，发挥着“保生活、防失业、促就业”作用。圆满完成各项工作任务，持续为重庆人民的工作生活“保驾护航”。2017年，全市失业保险参保人数达到466.27万人。失业保险费征收达14.58亿元，失业保险征缴达到历史高度。

“一提一降”惠民利民。

提：重庆市失业保险金标准连年上提，将全市原执行的失业保险金发放标准一档875元/月、二档805元/月统一调整为1050元/月。全年惠及领金失业人员9.52万人。降：重庆市失业保险费率连年下降，失业保险费率降至1%，其中企业缴费比例从1%降至0.5%。2017年度全市失业保险降费率共为各类企业减负14.3亿元。

“一保一稳”服务发展。

保：保待遇发放，全年发失业保险金5.5亿元，惠及失业人员和农民工9.52万人和3.18万人。稳：实施稳岗补贴政策，切实引导中心企业申报，全年发放4.99亿元，涉及企业14045家（次），惠及职工178万人。其中，员工300人以下中小微企业共计12997家,占比94%。

促进就业创业放大招。

一次**就业创业补助，全市共发放一次**就业创业补助资金8200万元，助推7000余名失业人员实现就业或创业。技能提升补贴，整合3个信息系统、4个数据库，开通线上申报功能，实现了技能提升补贴申领“不跑路，零资料”，从2017年10月线上申领启动以来，截止目前，审核通过4019人次，补贴金额705万元。
