为贯彻落实党的十九大和省两会精神，推进实体经济发展，进一步加大稳岗补贴政策落实力度，提升稳岗补贴政策的社会知晓度，助力企业爬坡过坎，为稳定岗位保驾护航，1月31日，湖北省人社厅在综合服务大楼举行了失业保险援企稳岗“护航行动”启动仪式，并为中国铁路武汉局集团有限公司、东风汽车公司等10家企业现场发放了1.3亿元稳岗补贴。

开展“护航行动”，是在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下，深入贯彻党的十九大精神的重大举措，是经济发展新常态下失业保险助力企业转型升级、深化供给侧结构**改革的务实之举，是失业保险援企稳岗的具体行动，体现了失业保险“保障生活、预防失业、促进就业”三位一体功能。通过对企业提供“真金白银”的支持，提高企业履行稳定就业岗位社会责任的积极**，促进职工岗位稳定，从源头上减少失业，对构建和谐劳动关系，推动企业健康发展，维护就业局势总体稳定具有重要意义。

湖北省率先实施稳岗补贴政策，加大援企稳岗力度，在减轻企业负担、保障职工权益、维护就业和社会稳定等方面取得了积极成效，是失业保险着眼防失业、稳就业打造的一枚定海神针。

近年来，全省先后四次完善稳岗补贴政策，扩大补贴范围、减少申报材料、简化审核程序、提高补贴比例。2011年以来，全省累计发放稳岗补贴50.8亿元，惠及用人单位38475家（次），稳定岗位1066.33万个（次）。今年，全省将切实提高享受补贴企业占参保企业比重和发放补贴额占上年失业保险费征缴额比重，特别是小微企业，力争做到“不少一家、不少一分”地拨付稳岗补贴。
