4.必须向有参赛能力的残疾选手以特殊通道形式开放

5.完赛选手数量必须在1.5万人以上（半马或更短距离赛事完赛选手需超1万人），其中境外选手占比不得低于5%

6.组委会需为赛事潜在的取消风险购买保险，以保证如果赛事因某些因素（与跑者事先约定）取消时，能够全额退还报名费

7.参赛选手与赛道全程的厕所数量之比不得低于1比62，如果赛事涵盖轮椅或手推车组，那么每40个厕所中至少有一个应为残疾人厕所

8.正常情况下，赛事的起跑时间与向公众告知的计划时间至多只能相差1分钟

9.赛道全程不得有车辆停泊

10.比赛全场需频繁告知跑者实时比赛时间

11.起终点的参赛选手密度不得高于0.25人/平方米

12.重点区域至少需要提供一块巨型屏幕共现场观众追踪赛事进展

13.赛事必须拥有全英文版本的官网

14.在主办国或地区，至少有一家转播商全程对比赛进行足以覆盖全境的电视直播，而在境外则需向至少20个国家和地区进行电视或网络直播。
