JD Announces US$2.0 Billion Share Repurchase Program

March 17, 2020 BEIJING, China, March 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JD.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: JD), China’s leading technology driven e-commerce company and retail infrastructure service provider, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to US$2.0 billion of its shares over the next 24 months.
